Second Corinthians

"Vindication of an Apostolic Ministry"

The Catholic Church has marked this year in a special way to honor St. Paul. So, carrying on from our earlier study of Paul's first letter to the Corinthians, we now take up a six week study of his second letter to this troubled and divided Church - a Church in many ways similar to our own. In this letter, we see a reconciliation of estranged believers, the effective correction of serious errors, and a compelling vindication of St. Paul's own apostleship. This letter can stand by itself as a unique treasure, offering deep insights into St. Paul and Christian ministry.
